Ms. Antisha (“Tisha”) Walley, is a US Air Force Veteran turned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience providing human capital management (HCM) and operational leadership. As part of the FedPROPEL team, Tisha will provide operational support in building the organizational platform. She will also design and manage the human capital platform as well as lead the HCM training components of the program.
Her firm, Make the Change, LLC, a human resources consultancy, excels at providing organizational development and operational support to governmental and commercial organizations. MTC also facilitate professional development and leadership training sessions focused on leading change management, developing “SMART” solutions and goals as well as HR specific programming. Antisha’s expertise in human capital management support and compliance enables MTC to assist clients with organizational development, recruitment, and training, as well as compensation and benefits related concerns.
Antisha is an active Professional Member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and a Veteran Member of the National Association for the Self Employed where she has been recognized for her experience and ability to guide organizations in developing their human capital management systems. A subject matter expert in people development and recruiting, Antisha graduated from American Intercontinental University with an MBA and concentration in Human Resource Management.
